This tag then is always standing at the ready for triggering instant access to any and all relevant service and maintenance information configured for that location by customer. Customer builds its service data profiles via easy, online info building tools provided for them under their MM-SIS account.
MM-SIS hosts customer’s data information on its secure server configurations and makes this data available to customer via customer’s unique Username and Passcode access. Customer can update all account information online from any internet accessible location as needed and this update is instantly available out at any tagged location. Actual site specific work orders can be created at the home office and the service tech will be able to retrieve the specific instructions related to any specific location merely by reading the Maintenance Medallion in the field.
